We have years of acquisition and disposal experience and can assist our clients with relevant documentation including heads of terms, financing agreements. the disclosure letter, purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, loan agreements, service agreements and other ancillary agreements together with the due diligence process and more broadly strategy, negotiation and timing of the acquisition or disposal.
We have the broad corporate law knowledge needed in acquisitions and disposals but with a specialist focus on small and midsized transactions acting for the buyer or the seller.

Aviation
We have the experience and dedication to help our clients through any aviation transaction. Specialising in lessor and airline work, we know the ins and outs of finance and operating leases, sale-leasebacks and export credit-agency supported loans, as well as maintenance agreements, registration of aircraft, wet-leases and ferry flight agreements.
